A serious school that remembers they are kids

The published program path starts at age three and grows with the child: coordination first, then technique, confidence, and more focused training.

First visit

Start with the age band

Choose your child’s current age in the form. The school can confirm the precise class before you arrive.

The week in practical terms

More than one way to keep the habit

Kids training is spread across the school week instead of depending on a single afternoon. Little Champions 1 meets Monday and Wednesday at 4:30 PM. Little Champions 2 and Juniors share a weekday 5:30 PM time, while older Juniors also have Tuesday and Thursday 4:30 PM classes.

Families looking for a daytime option can ask about the Tuesday and Thursday homeschool class. Friday adds wrestling for ages six and up. The complete schedule is the source of truth, and the school should confirm the best starting time before a first visit.

What the program builds

Progress that changes with their age

A three-year-old and a fourteen-year-old do not need the same class. The published pathway changes the expectations as coordination, attention, technique, and independence grow.

01

Coordination first

Little Champions 1 introduces listening, movement, and falling safely for ages 3–5.

02

Technique through practice

Little Champions 2 adds real technique while keeping the class appropriate for ages 6–9.

03

A more focused path

Juniors gives ages 10–14 a place to train with more focus before entering the adult program.
